I show Sam and The Lucky Money to my students every year to enrich my Lunar New Year unit. This is a fantastic book/video to teach students about the traditions of this worldly holiday. It also teaches the students compassion for those who are unfortunate.
Wonderful for teaching world cultures class
My students were totally engaged.
Good story and good graphics for students to learn about Chinese New Year and a life lesson as well.
