With more teens sexually active, the risk of contracting human papilloma virus (HPV) has increased dramatically. Students learn from a doctor and an expert in adolescent sexuality that some forms of the virus can lead to serious health problems including cancer. The program provides accurate information about how the virus is transmitted and urges sexually active students to practice safer sex. Students learn where they can go for help if they are worried about being infected with HPV.
