Transition Planning for Students Who Are Deaf-blind provides information and resources for deaf-blind students and their parents as they plan for or participate in postsecondary education and training. (Published 2007)

Although this book was published a number of years ago it can still be used as a foundational resouce. DCMP is maintaining it to offer an historical perspective.
