Rosalind Cylar serves as an attorney and advisor in the Office of Chief Counsel at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. She participates in a variety of legal activities designed to assure adequacy and propriety in the Marshall Center’s activities and documentation.
