This segment explains the importance of disclosure. When individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing are looking for a job, they will need to tell potential employers that they are deaf. However, choosing the right time and way to disclose can make the difference between getting an interview and being turned away. Part of the “Map It: What Comes Next?” training module.
