This documentary explores the contributions made by the men and women of the Mexican independence movement. One of the groups credited with supporting Mexican independence was Los Guadalupes. They collected donations to help purchase medicines, weapons, and food. They also established information networks that allowed communication between the leaders and helped in the drafting of documents and decrees during the fight for independence.
