Episode from a Canadian television program, Deaf TV, that features the 14th World Congress of the World Federation of the Deaf, hosted by the Canadian Association of the Deaf (CAD) and held in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, in July, 2003. Includes performances by Deaf artists, and interviews with leaders from the Deaf community and other Deaf people from around the world. Various world sign languages, but primarily ASL. Host, Anselmo DeSousa.
