It was also the beginning of the lost generation of American authors. Authors explored include: William Carlos Williams, Carl Sandburg, Edith Wharton, e.e. cummings, Ezra Pound, T.S. Eliot, Henry Miller, Robert Frost, and F. Scott Fitzgerald.
