Medialuna, the little princess, has been bewitched by the powerful witch Gualichu and cannot sleep at night. While everyone else in her kingdom sleeps, Medialuna travels into a world of witches, princesses, monsters and fantastic creatures from legends and myths. She shares with them great deeds and reveals tangled mysteries until dawn. In this episode, the kingdom experiences a solar eclipse. Medialuna is awake with her parents and the rest of the people in the castle. Locoto and Chacabuco take their scientific instruments to the jungle hoping to discover the exact time the eclipse will begin. However, Gualichu is waiting for the eclipse to begin so she can put a spell over the palace.
