Apply for Free MembershipFrom 2012 through 2016, Pepnet 2 developed a series of webinars that addressed each component of the "Taxonomy for Transition Programming" (Kohler, 1996; Kohler et al., 2016). The Taxonomy serves as a model for planning, organizing, and evaluating transition education, services, and programs. It includes five broad-based components of program activity that contribute to successful transition for students with disabilities.
